We deliver through Pathao Delivery all over Bangladesh. For outside Bangladesh, contact us, we can arrange cheap delivery as much as possible.
Delivery Options Overview

Sometimes it takes more time for product delivery than usual for many reasons, like, out of stock, delivery company issues, bad weather and major holidays like Eid. As a smart and educated customer, we expect patients for delay. We always try our best for fast delivery.
For the unusual case, you may need to deliver products with Sundarban or other traditional courier service, then you need to pay advance of products price and delivery coast in order to get the products.
Inside Dhaka
With the Pathao delivery service, 1% COD will be applicable from the Pathao side, they actually charge it. If the product price is 400 Taka then total cost is, 400+60+5 = 465 Taka.
Outside Dhaka
With the Pathao delivery service, 1% COD will be applicable from the Pathao side, they actually charge it. If the product price is 400 Taka then total cost is, 400+100+5 = 506 Taka.
Exchange or Return of Products
As a consumer right, the buyer can return the products if he thinks the products are not matched with marketing content from the purchased website or the buyer thinks the quality is inappropriate. We respect the buyer's decision.
For return, buyers need to check instantly in front of the delivery man otherwise, he will bear the return delivery cost.

The product is not accepted back if:
- At least one of the components is missing from the products.
- The products are used.
- The products are ruined.
The money for the products will be cashback by bKash after we get the cancelled products and check everything. It may take max 2 weeks.
